Mahanagar Gas Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 21, 2018, inter alia, 1. To consider and approve the audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018. 2. To recommend final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2018 for the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. In connection with the above, as per the Companys code of conduct and code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed from May 11, 2018 to May 23, 2018 (both days inclusive) for all employees and designated persons.
