DLF Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 21, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve:- 1. The Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2018; 2. Recommendation of Final Dividend, if any for the FY’2017-18; and 3. Enabling resolution for raising of funds through NCDs and/or other debt instruments. Pursuant to ‘DLF Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, 2015’, trading window for insiders covered under the Code shall remain closed from the end of the day of May 15, 2018 and shall open after 48 hours from the time the financial results are made public.
