Cox & Kings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 28, 2018, inter alia to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results and recommend Final Dividend (if any) for the year ended March 31, 2018. In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in the Company’s scrip by the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company will be closed till May 29, 2018 in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
