Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018 and recommendation of Final Dividend, if any, for the year 2017-18, subject to approval of the shareholders. Further, in terms of clause 10.1 of the "Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading" in dealing with the Securities of the Company, "Trading Window" shall remain closed for the designated persons from May 23, 2018 to June 01, 2018 (Both days inclusive).
