To consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results and Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2018. 2. To consider the dates to close the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books for the purpose of Annual General Meeting. 3. To consider declaration of 4th and Final Interim dividend, to the Equity Shareholders of the Company for the financial year 2017-18 As per Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will remain closed from May 16, 2018 to May 27, 2018 (both days inclusive).
