Gateway Distriparks Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 16, 2018, wherein, inter alia, the following would be considered: 1. Approval of the audited financial results for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2018. 2. Payment of Second Interim Dividend to the shareholders. As per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from May 08, 2018 to May 18, 2018 (both days inclusive). Trading window will open from May 21, 2018.
