With reference to the earlier announcement dated September 30, 2014 about the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on October 16, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & half year ended September 30, 2014, Info Edge (India) Ltd has now informed BSE that in the said meeting, the Board will also consider the declaration of Interim Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2014-15.
