Indian Oil Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled on January 30, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2017. The Board may also consider declaration of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2017-18 at the said Board Meeting. It is further notified that, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of IndianOil would remain closed from January 18, 2018 to February 01, 2018 for all Connected Persons as per Insider Trading Code of the Company.
