National Aluminium Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2018 to consider inter-alia the un-audited financial results (standalone) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017 (Q3) and to consider declaration of interim dividend, if any. Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading windows has been closed from January 07, 2018 till February 11, 2018 (both days inclusive).
