Natco Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 06, 2018, inter alia, to consider the following items of business: 1. The unaudited financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017 (Q3) and related matters. 2. To consider Second Interim Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2017-18 and related matters etc. Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 TRADING WINDOW for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from January 29, 2018 to February 08, 2018 (both days inclusive). Trading window will be opened from February 09, 2018.
