HDFC Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on April 21, 2018, inter alia, to consider the audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2018 along with the consolidated accounts for the year ending March 31, 2018 and recommendation of dividend, if any. Further, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Bank will remain closed from April 01, 2018 to April 23, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the designated employees, directors, etc. pursuant to the applicable SEBI Regulations.
