This is to inform you that the Company will publish its Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the year ended on 31st March, 2019, within 60 days from the end of the financial year i.e. 30th May, 2019, along with fourth quarter. Further note that the Company will not approve the unaudited Financial Results for the last quarter ended on 31st March, 2019.
