Further, as intimated earlier vide letter no. BPL\SE\2019-2020\08 dated 01st July, 2019, this is to inform you that pursuant to the Companys code of conduct framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for persons specified under the Code, shall remain closed from Sunday, 30th June, 2019 to Wednesday, 14th August, 2019 (Both days inclusive).
