Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Kindly note that pursuant to clause 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 24th May 2019 inter-alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter/financial year ended on 31st March 2019. As per the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by Designated Persons framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 (amended), the trading window for the purpose of transacting in Companies Shares will remain closed upto 25-5-2019. Kindly treat this as in compliance with the said Regulation.
