Pursuant to Regulation 33 and any other applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations, please find enclosed copies of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of IDFC FIRST Bank Limited for the quarter ended June 30, 2019, considered and approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 24, 2019, together with copies of Limited Review Reports issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Bank viz. M/s Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants on the aforesaid Unaudited Financial Results. M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Statutory Auditors of the Bank have issued unmodified opinion with respect to the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Bank for the quarter ended June 30, 2019. The meeting of the Board of Directors of Bank commenced at 2:30 p.m. and concluded at 8:20 p.m. Please find enclosed a copy of the Press Release on the financials for the quarter ended June 30, 2019.
