CEETA INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2018. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders will be closed from 7th February, 2019 to 16th February 2019 (until expiry of 48 hours after the un-published price sensitive information are submitted to the Stock Exchange).
