CERA SANITARYWARE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 01/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone & Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30.06.2019. Please note that the window for trading in the shares of the Company has been closed with effect from 1st July, 2019 and will continue to remain closed up to 3rd August, 2019 (both days inclusive) for the promoters, directors, designated persons and other connected persons of the Company and their immediate relatives, in terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
