Chemiesynth (Vapi) Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2018. As per companys Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading & SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all the officers and Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from 1st February, 2019 till 14th February, 2019 i.e. 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company i.e. on 12th February, 2019 to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive).
