In continuation to our letter dated May 16, 2019 and pursuant to Regulation 33 (3) (e) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR Regulations), inter alia, we hereby confirm that the amounts pertaining to the quarters ended on March 31, 2019 and on March 31, 2018 are the balancing amounts between the Audited figures for the Financial years ended on March 31, 2019 and on March 31, 2018, and Unaudited year-to-date figures for the nine months ended on December 31, 2018 and on December 31, 2017, respectively, which were subject to Limited Review.
