With Reference to the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter & Year ended on 31St March, 2019 declared by the company on 20/05/2019, there are typographical errors occurred in figure of Trade Receivable and Cash and Cash Equivalent for the year 2019 of Consolidated and Standalone Statement of Asset and Liabilities. The corrections has made as detailed given below :- 1. Consolidated Statement of Asset and Liabilities : Trade receivables figure appeared as 6434.03 corrected to 5768.64 & Cash and cash Equivalent figure appeared as -234.85 corrected to 430.54 ( Amount in Lacs) 2. Standalone Statement of Asset and Liabilities : Trade receivables figure appeared as 6365.61 corrected to 5700.21 and Cash and cash Equivalent Figure appeared as -266.71 corrected to 398.69 ( Amount in Lacs) Further, There is no change in the overall total of the Statement of Asset and Liabilities or any other figure in the Result.
