With reference to the above captioned subject, we would like to inform the exchange(s) that the company has submitted its Audited Financial Results for the 4th Quarter / Financial Year ended on March 31, 2019 along with outcome of Board Meeting, Statement of Assets and Liabilities, and other documents on May 29, 2019. Further, in this connection we wish to inform the exchanges that the Company has observed typographical errors under sub- heading Financial Liabilities and Other Current Liabilities in the Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the half year ended March 31, 2019. However, there is no impact of such change in the financial results and the profitability of the company for the year ended March 31, 2019 already submitted with the Exchange. We are enclosing herewith revised Statement of Assets and Liabilities along with Audited Financial Results. We request you to take the same on record. Inconvenience caused due to aforesaid inadvertent error is highly regretted.
