Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the company at their Meeting held today i.e. Thursday,14th February,2019 commence at 11.30 a.m. and concluded at 2.30 p.m. inter-alia considered and approved the following matters namely: 1 Considered and Approved Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and Nine months ended 31st December, 20l8. 2 Limited review report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the Period ended 31st December, 2018. Please consider the revised Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and Nine months ended 31st December, 20l8 and ignore the earlier Submission.
