With reference to captioned subject, we are pleased to inform you that members of the Company have passed a Special Resolution under Section 4, 5, 13, 14 and all other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 for approval of Change of Name of the Company from CRP Risk Management Limited to Patrona Risk Solutions Limited and Consequential alteration to Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of Company. Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, (Listing Regulations), we wish to inform you that, based on the report submitted by the Scrutinizer, the resolutions in the aforesaid postal ballot notice has been passed with the requisite majority by the shareholders of the Company. We enclose herewith the declaration of results of the Postal Ballot (including e-voting) along with the voting results in the format prescribed under the Listing Regulations. In addition, we enclose a copy of the scrutinizers report dated 6th June, 2019 issued by Mrs. Niyati Mehta, Practicing Company Secretary.
