To consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2019; 2. To consider and recommend dividend, if any, on equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2018-19. Further, pursuant SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time the Trading Window, as informed to the exchange vide letter dated 03.04.2019 in respect of trading in equity shares of the Company will remain closed upto 25th May, 2019.
