As per the above mentioned subject the Board of Directors of the Company hereby submit the outcome of the Board Meeting held on 30th May , 2019 at the registered office of the Company at 4.00 p.m. to approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st March ,2019. The Meeting commenced today at 4.00 p.m. and concluded at 6.00 p.m.
