Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2019, inter alia, to consider and approve standalone and consolidated audited financial results of the Company for the quarter / financial year ended March 31, 2019 and to consider and recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year 2018-2019. Pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders and the provisions in the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window Closure has commenced from April 03, 2019 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on May 30, 2019.
