Devhari Exports (India) Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. Audited Financial Results for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2019 as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window will remain closed for the Specified Persons from May 23, 2019 to June 01, 2019 (both days inclusive).
