To consider, approve and take on record Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2018 as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 2. To consider any other business with the permission of chair. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window will remain closed for the Specified Persons from February 07, 2019 to February 16, 2019 (both days inclusive).
