The Board of directors of the company at its meeting held today: 1. Approved and have taken on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2019. In this regard, please find enclosed copies of the following: i. Statement showing the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2019. ii.Auditors Report on the said Financial Results. iii. Declaration in respect of the Auditors Report with Unmodified Opinion. 2.The Board of Directors have recommended a dividend of 15% on the paid up equity share capital subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. 3.The Company has also made arrangements for release of the Audited Results in the newspapers as per the requirement of the SEBI (LODR) regulations 2015. Kindly take the above information on record.
