Dear Sir/Madam, In terms of the Regulations 33 and 52 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter & year ended on 31st March, 2019, duly taken on records and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 7th May, 2019, are enclosed. A copy of the following is also enclosed with respect to the aforesaid financial results: a. Audit Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company; b. A declaration with respect to Auditors Report with unmodified opinion and c. Press note giving highlights on the performance of the Company. You are requested to take the same on your records.
