With reference to Regulation 52 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company will publish its annual audited financial results for the financial year ended 31st March, 2019, within the specified period of 60 days (i.e. by 30th May, 2019), from the close of the Financial Year. The Company will not be publishing unaudited financial results for the half year ended 31st March, 2019 and hence no limited review report of the Auditors for this period will be submitted.
