Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2018 Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors (Board) of the Company at their meeting held on Wednesday, 13th February, 2019 has considered, approved and adopted Standalone Unaudited Financial Result for quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2018. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, we enclose herewith Standalone Unaudited Financial Result along with Limited Review Report for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2018. The Board Meeting commenced at 1:30 p.m. and concluded at 7:45 p.m.
