To consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for quarter ended June 30, 2018. 2. To discuss any other matter with the permission of the Chair. Accordingly, pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from August 01, 2018 to August 15, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the Directors, Officers and all the designated Employees of the Company for prevention of any insider trading.
