Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) and the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Monday, 1st July, 2019 to Saturday, 10th August, 2019 (both days inclusive).
