Engineers India Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 17, 2019, inter alia, to (i) consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2019 and (ii) consider Recommendation of final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2018-19. In continuation of earlier letter dated April 03, 2019, the Trading Window for trading in EILS securities has been closed from April 04, 2019 which will continue to remain close till May 19, 2019 (both days inclusive) pursuant to the EILs "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information". The Trading Window shall re-open on May 20, 2019. Accordingly, all concerned to whom the above said code is applicable have been requested not to trade in the EILS securities during the period of closed Trading Window.
