With regard to the captioned subject matter, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. on May 30, 2019, have approved and taken on record the Audited Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) along with the Auditors Report for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019. In view of the loss for the year and accumulated losses for the earlier years, the Board of Directors has not recommended any dividend for the FY 2018-19. Kindly acknowledge the same and take it on your record.
