We wish to intimate you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on Monday, 13th May, 2019. The meeting was commenced at 1.30 PM and concluded at 2.45 PM. During the meeting, the Board, amongst other items of Agenda, considered and approved the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2019 and recommended a Final Dividend for the financial year 2018-19 @ 10% on Equity Share of the face value of Rs. 5 each viz. dividend of Rs. 0.50 per Equity Share. Pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, we wish to submit the approved Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2019 along with Statutory Audit Report.
