EUROTEX INDUSTRIES & EXPORTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) (a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, 9th February, 2019, inter-alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2018.

In view of the above, we refer the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the provisions of the Companys Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window will be closed from Thursday, 31st January, 2019 to Monday, 11th February, 2019 for all the Directors, Designated Employees and Auditors of the Company.
