Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed duly approved Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2019 along with Audit Report (Standalone & Consolidated) as received from the Statutory Auditor of the Company in terms of SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD1/44/2019 dated 29th March, 2019 together with Declaration by the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company regarding unmodified opinion of the Statutory Auditor and Certificate signed by the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company on the correctness of the facts stated in the Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2019 in the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held on Wednesday, 22nd May, 2019.
