The Board of Directors of Fedders Electric and Engineering Limited (Formerly known as Fedders Lloyd Corporation Limited) at its meeting held on 20th June, 2019 which commenced at 04:30 p.m. and concluded at 7:50 p.m., inter-alia considered and approved the following: 1. Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results along with Segment Wise Revenue, Results and Capital Employed of the Company, Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Auditors Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2018, are enclosed herewith; and 2. Auditors Report on the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2018. The Auditors Report along with the Statement on Impact of Audit Qualifications pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) are enclosed herewith;
