The Board of Directors at their meeting held today, i.e. 30th May, 2018 at 5.00 p.m. and concluded at p.m. has inter alia approved following: 1. Approved and taken on record Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ended 31st March, 2018, enclosed herewith together with Auditors Report issued by Statutory Auditor and Declaration w.r.t Auditors Report with unmodified opinion. 2. The Board has not recommended any dividend for the financial year ended on March 31, 2018. Pursuant to Regulation 6(1) and Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we inform you about following changes: a. Mrs Madhuri Gulgulia has tendered her resignation letter and expressed her desire to resign from the service due to personal reason w.e.f 20.05.2018 and her resignation letter was accepted on 26.04.2018 approved in this Board Meeting i.e. 30.05.2018.
