In continuation of our letter dated September 27, 2017 and pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith unaudited financial results for the period ended September 30, 2017 as approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on October 24, 2017, along with a copy of the Limited Review Report as submitted by the Auditors of the Company. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 1200 hours and concluded at 1318 hours.
