Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated 5th July, 2016, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 14th September, 2017 has considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company, prepared as per IND-AS, for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017, duly reviewed by M/s. Dewan P N Chopra & Co., Chartered Accountants, the Statutory Auditors of the Company together with Limited Review Report thereon. Please find attached the copy of the same for your records.
