The meeting commenced at 12.00 Noon and concluded at 3.45p.m. A.Financial Statements : a) Independent Auditors Report (Standalone) for the year ended 31st March, 2018. b) Audited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter / year ended 31st March, 2018. B.Dividend In compliance with applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations, the Board of Directors of the Company have recommended dividend of INR.1.00/- (Rupees One only) per Equity Share of INR 5/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2018 subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
