Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Reg 33 and Reg 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 (LODR), we hereby inform the Exchange that the Board at its meeting held on 25/01/2018 has, inter alia, approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31/12/2017. The Company has opted to submit, in addition to Standalone Financial Results, Consolidated Financial Results of the Company as per Reg 33(3)(b) of LODR. Please find enclosed Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter and nine months ended 31/12/2017 along with Limited Review Report of Statutory Auditors and Press Release. Also, in accordance with Reg 47(1)(b) of LODR, the Company would be publishing the Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31/12/2017 in the newspapers. The Board Meeting commenced at 11:30 a.m. and concluded at 12:50 p.m.
