We wish to inform you that the board of directors of the company, at their just concluded meeting have inter-alia transacted the following businesses: 1. Approved the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the half year and Year ended March 31, 2018 and took note of the Auditors report thereon. Please find enclosed the financial results for the half-year and year ended March, 2018 alongwith the Auditors report issued by the statutory auditors of the company. Further in compliance with Regulation 33 of Listing Regulations and SEBI circular CIR/CFD/CMD/56/2016 dated May 27, 2016, the Board hereby declares/certifies that the Statutory Auditors of the company have submitted their audit report on the financial results of the company for the FY 2017-18 with an unmodified and unqualified opinion. The meeting commenced at 4:00 p.m. and concluded at 5:00 p.m. This is for your information and dissemination to the public.
