Pursuant to Regulation 30 & 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. May 17, 2017, has inter alia approved the following: 1. Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended as on 31st March, 2017 along with the declaration on Auditors Report with unmodified opinion. Above Results were duly reviewed by the Audit Committee and thereafter approved by the Board of Directors of the Company. 2. Recommendation of dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company @ 100 % i.e. Rs. 10/- per equity share each for the Financial Year 2016-17. The Meeting commenced at 02:00 PM and concluded at 04.45 P.M. You are requested to take the same on your records
