Dear Sir(s), The Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held today, i.e., May 3, 2018, approved the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018. Attached is a copy of the same pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 alongwith copy of the Audit Report thereon. The Audit Report is with unmodified opinion with respect to Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018. At the said meeting, the Board has recommended final dividend of ` 0.75/- per equity share (75%) for the Financial Year 2017-18.
