This is to inform the exchange that the meeting of the Board of Directors was held today (i.e. May 30, 2018) and the Board considered and took on record the audited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2018. Pursuant to regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we are herewith enclosing the Audited Financial Results and Audit Report. With reference to the above, we hereby declare that the Statutory Auditors have issued the audit report with an unmodified opinion.
