With reference to the above mentioned subject, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. on 13th November, 2017 at 03.00 p.m., has considered and approved the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the half year ended 30th September, 2017, pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. A copy of aforesaid Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the half year ended 30th September, 2017 and Limited Review Report thereon are enclosed herewith. The meeting was concluded at 05:55 p.m.
